Chios where cheap French fries, over cooked and suppose to have cheese on but was a measly toddler sized handful, donner neat was cold and the sweetcorn relish seemed to be rationed aswel as the cheese

Canadian special burger was a 10/10 like usual, I would give it 20 stars if possible. However, donner and chips wasn’t enough to fill a 3 month old baby, it came in a 7inch pizza box, half a box of salad, 12 chips and 4 strips of donner. And it was £5.90. Pants down.

I ordered 4 pizza's at 21.00hrs they replied on the app they will be delivered at 22.26 hrs my instant thought was they must be busy didn't mind waiting and hour and 20 mins, from half 10 to 23.15 I tried calling the shop constantly engaged, walked down to the shop at 23.30hrs the pizza's where still in the oven, I got a sorry off one of the staff which I don't think is good enough, for him to turn to me and say you can take them now, don't think so mate I've paid for delivery, 23.50 hours the pizza's turned up shocking service, I will not be using Canadian pizza again

Placed order at 6.10pm, no show by 8pm so tried phoning takeaway always engaged. Ended up phoning feed me online who couldn't cancel my order or issue a refund without the restaurants say so. By this point I had given the kids something else to eat as school tomorrow & was getting late. Tried turning it away & not excepting it but had no choice also didn't get free 12"garlic bread & cheese for spending over £20. I ordered a plain garlic bread because 1 of my daughters can't eat cheese. I will never order on a Sunday again, might give them one more chance on a friday/Saturday night. If I could track my order that might of helped but your don't, you just get given an eta. Normally a good takeaway but not tonight, was bitterly disappointed ????
